Temporary - Human Resources Generalist (Manufacturing)

HR Generalist based in Tulsa for John Crane, providing HR support to employees across manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, procurement, and other operational functions.

• Site lead on all HR matters including management training, new hire programs, benefits and other company events, recruiting activities, campus activity team and newsletter representative.
• Develop, prepare and maintain reporting and maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
• Function as a liaison to management regarding employee concerns, issues, suggestions and recommendations.
• Handle employee requests for information regarding the interpretation of company and employee relations policies, practices and procedures.
• Investigate, analyze and prepare preliminary findings to be utilized in formulating appropriate responses to EEO complaints, unemployment hearings, employee discipline, employee career counseling and employee appeals.
• The successful candidate enjoys participating in, and foster engagement, and retention through a variety of learning, development and affinity programs.
