Senior Business Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and define requirements for process automation and improvement.

• Shape and prioritise enhancements to core ERP/CRM systems with Global Process Owners.

• Produce high‑quality analysis deliverables including BRDs, user stories, functional specs and UAT scripts.

• Collaborate with Principal BAs and designers to prototype and iterate solutions.

• Recommend and define process improvements with clear, measurable benefits.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions, coordinating closely with project teams and business users.

• Oversee solution validation, including system testing, UAT and regression testing.

• Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer to embed new processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support the application of an IIBA‑aligned BA framework.
