Job Opportunity
- Senior Sales Manager role responsible for driving growth across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, and Papua New Guinea.
- Opportunity to lead regional sales strategy, expand market presence, and support consistent revenue delivery.
- Key position working closely with the ANZ Head of Sales in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you will be doing
- Deliver and exceed bookings, revenue, and profit targets across assigned markets
- Take full ownership of the New Zealand market and drive its growth
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities alongside managing existing accounts
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from pipeline creation through to order fulfilment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including government stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Programmes, Service, Finance, and Legal
- Utilise SAP for quotations, pipeline tracking, and order processing
- Participate in sales reviews and operational meetings
- Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand as required
