Job Overview

Our Journey So Far

At Snapp, we’re redefining how cities move. Our ride-hailing and mobility platform connects millions of riders and drivers every day, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transport solutions. Powered by real-time data and robust infrastructure, we make urban travel faster, simpler, and more sustainable.

We operate with the mindset of a global tech leader and the agility of a startup, building services that scale across markets while staying responsive to local needs.

Your Impact

At Snapp’s Employer Branding & Internal Communications team, we are looking for someone who combines creativity with strong execution. Someone who can identify a problem or opportunity, turn it into a clear solution, and take ownership of it through execution and delivery.

This role goes beyond content creation or event management. You will work across Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, internal campaigns, events, content production, vendor coordination, and creative organizational projects.

The role requires someone who can work across multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and maintain high-quality execution of both strategic projects and day-to-day operational tasks.

Someone who is comfortable with both thinking and doing. Someone who can move from an idea to execution, switch between different types of work, collaborate with different stakeholders, handle operational details, and stay accountable until the work is actually done.

What You’ll Drive Forward

  • Own and deliver projects

Take ownership of projects from problem definition and solution design through planning, coordination, execution, and final delivery.

  • Design and execute internal campaigns and experiences

Develop creative, practical experiences and activations that address organizational needs and improve employees’ everyday experience—from small-scale moments to larger internal campaigns.

  • Drive internal communications

Support the planning, writing, and execution of internal communications, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience through the right channel and tone.

  • Create content and stories
Develop ideas, write, script, and produce content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications, including written, visual, and video content.

  • Manage internal communication channels
Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels, focusing on structure, quality, effectiveness, and employee experience.

  • Plan and execute events
Support and own internal events and organizational projects, including budgeting, venue and vendor selection, stakeholder coordination, timelines, logistics, execution, and follow-up.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Design, Marketing, Procurement, Technology, and other teams to move projects forward while balancing different priorities and expectations.

  • Improve processes and operational execution
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and create practical solutions to make work simpler, faster, and more reliable. Manage operational responsibilities such as follow-ups, coordination, communications, invoices, and project administration when needed.

  • Leverage new tools and technologies
Use AI tools, content-production tools, and other emerging technologies to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of your work.
