Key Responsibilities
- Understand brand strategy and implement the in-field activities to support product launches and their market position
- Support HCPs to acknowledge Sobi products’ value proposition and involve them in dialogue about clinical evidence in approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles
- Achieve the objectives defined by the organization
- Map Key Accounts and HCPs to implement the assigned Engagement Plan based on segmentation and targeting and build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Bring in the Brand Teams valuable insights from stakeholders that may enhance patient journey understanding and Sobi’s therapies value proposition
- Take active part in the training and planned development initiatives
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the market, products and disease, on the assigned territory and understand the needs of accounts and customers
- Act in the role of KAM in full compliance with corporate, local and industry rules, processes and procedures demonstrating full sense of integrity, transparency and ethical engagement with stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned and as per development plan.
