We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high-performing recruitment team based at our Balcatta Support Centre.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-volume, end-to-end recruitment outcomes. You’ll be confident managing competing priorities, building strong relationships, and proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced agency recruiter ready to transition into an internal, consultative talent role where you can influence, shape and drive recruitment strategy from within.
Managing recruitment across high-volume niche portfolios
Building strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Acting as a trusted advisor, influencing and consulting on hiring strategy, market insights and talent solutions
Proactively sourcing hard-to-find candidates using:
Seek Talent Search
LinkedIn Recruiter
Internal referral networks
Developing talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, accessible and timely communication
Providing market intelligence and recruitment reporting to support workforce planning
Driving continuous improvement and innovative sourcing strategies

You will bring:
Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
Demonstrated success sourcing and placing hard-to-fill roles
Strong capability using Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience leveraging internal referral programs and networks
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
The ability to manage high-volume recruitment with competing priorities
A proactive, resilient and outcomes-driven mindset
Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and accessibility
