Position – how you’ll contribute

• Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering mobile and web applications 
• Partner with Product, UX, and Architecture to define roadmap and technical direction 
• Ensure engineering quality, security standards, and best delivery practices 
• Oversee architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical planning 
• Support hiring, onboarding, and career development of engineers 
• Manage delivery scope, priorities, and cross-team dependencies 
• Drive performance, reliability, and scalability of digital products 
• Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
