[GBL] Tech Lead (React, Next.JS, Node.JS, AWS)

Position – how you’ll contribute

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for defining and evolving the system architecture, ensuring high code quality, scalability, and security across the entire technology stack.

You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership, supporting teams in day-to-day implementation while maintaining a long-term technical vision.

Key contributions include:

• Owning and evolving the overall system architecture (backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud)
• Leading technical design decisions and ensuring architectural consistency
• Supporting engineering teams with technical guidance, reviews, and mentoring
• Ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and security of the platform
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
