[TPI] IT Project Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have

Our clients are the largest mobile network operators in Poland and Europe. We deliver solutions that transform their networks and provide innovative services to millions of subscribers.
The goal of the project is the development of provisioning, observability, call control and Internet of Things (IoT) server applications for leading telecommunications operators in Poland and Europe.

Position – how you’ll contribute

You will join and manage a team of software developers and system engineers working on implementing functionalities for mobile operators. You will be managing projects and maintaining a collaborative and productive relationship with clients.
In this role, you will be building a healthy team culture, through coaching, facilitating collaboration and protecting your team from distractors and demotivation.
You will be responsible for managing team objectives, performance, vacation and sick leaves.
