This role supports key compliance and subscriber operations activities by helping maintain accurate and complete subscriber records. You’ll review and validate required documents and check that system data is complete and correctly categorized.
You’ll assist with enrollment workflows by processing usage requests, tracking utility updates, and helping resolve stuck or rejected subscriber records. Additionally, you’ll support ongoing data quality efforts by monitoring utility files, logging file statuses, and helping identify discrepancies that improve overall data integrity.

You’ll assist with enrollment workflows by processing usage requests, tracking utility updates, and helping resolve stuck or rejected subscriber records. Additionally, you’ll support ongoing data quality efforts by monitoring utility files, logging file statuses, and helping identify discrepancies that improve overall data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and flag missing or inaccurate documentation, route follow up requests to the appropriate internal teams, and monitor progress until all items are fully resolved.
- Support data checks to confirm data matches reality and expectations.
- Creating reports, preparing reconciliation lists, and driving data integrity by updating records in Dynamics.
- Prepare and send usage requests to utilities following established timelines.
- Confirm incoming usage requests from tech automation.
- Track follow ups for outstanding utility responses.
- Compile monthly reports on rejected subscribers.
- Assist in identifying treatable cases and organizing outreach support for Marketing.
- Review and investigate escalations from Customer Care Specialists regarding subscriber statuses, project assignments, allocation discrepancies, or bill credit issues, ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely routing for resolution.
- Utilize the ticketing system to document, track, and route subscriber related issues, ensuring proper follow through and confirming resolution before closure.
- Track the receipt of expected monthly utility/vendor files.
- Check received files for completeness or missing fields.
- Assist in logging file status in the tracking system.
Sales Documentation & Compliance Support
Assist in ensuring subscriber records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Enrollment Processing & Subscriber Operations Assistance
Support the timely and accurate management of enrollment workflow tasks.
Customer Service Coordination
Utility File Monitoring & Database Health Support
Support the monitoring of inbound utility files and database quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing and reconciling data or documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross functional collaboration
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel, Power Query
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Exposure to community solar, renewable energy, or sustainability focused organizations is a strong plus.
