Job Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. This role involves market research, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to drive business expansion and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
    • Support contract negotiation and deal closure with clients.
    • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  2. Market Research & Strategy
    • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients.
    • Gather intelligence on industry developments to support strategic planning.
    • Assist in developing market entry strategies and expansion plans.
  3. Project Coordination & Support
    • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to prepare project proposals and presentations.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
  4. Marketing & Networking
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
    • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
    • Develop marketing materials and sales tools in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of tendering, proposal writing, and project development process.
