The Facilities Asset Manager oversees the lifecycle, performance, and strategic planning of physical assets across facilities (excluding machines) - ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and have direct visibility into how your work shapes the long-term health of our physical infrastructure.
The Facilities Asset Manager oversees the lifecycle, performance, and strategic planning of physical assets across facilities (excluding machines) - ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage maintenance and replacement of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, etc.).
- Preventive Maintenance & Work Order Management: Enhance and maintain PM schedules, track completion rates – all in effort to reduce reactive work orders through data-driven planning.
- Capital Planning & Budgeting: Support forecasting and provide data input for multi-year capital plans, and manage spend against budget targets.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Source and oversee vendors for assigned asset categories (HVAC, electrical, etc) ensuring SLA compliance and reporting
- Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate asset inventories and dashboards. Analyze trends to inform strategic decisions and risk mitigation.
- Execution in the Field: Assist with rollout of new technology or monitoring systems under direction of Sr Facilities Asset Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in CMMS platforms, asset tracking tools, and Excel-based reporting.
- Strong communication across cross-functional teams - facilities, operations, finance, and vendors.
- Project management skills for coordinating asset upgrades, replacements, and installations.
- Analytical mindset to assess asset performance and optimize lifecycle costs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $70,000.00 per year, based on experience
