Project Manager - PM (Somnio)

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about driving collaboration and results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsabilites

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication across all parties.

• Identify risks and dependencies, proposing effective mitigation strategies.

• Monitor progress, report on key metrics, and manage resources and budgets efficiently.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) when applicable.

• Ensure project documentation, processes, and standards are maintained.
