Head of Delivery

We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead and scale the execution of web and mobile development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, predictability, and client satisfaction. This role is key to connecting strategy, technical teams, and clients, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery strategy for web and mobile projects across multiple clients and accounts.

• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality, scope, and budget across all projects.

• Lead, coordinate, and support Project Managers in day-to-day project execution.

• Define and continuously improve delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and scalable operating models.

• Act as the main escalation point for risks, deviations, or client-related issues.

• Work closely with Sales, Talent, and Technology teams to plan capacity, staffing, and ramp-ups.

• Drive continuous improvement in performance, productivity, and overall client experience.

• Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity, forecasting accuracy, margins, and client satisfaction.
