Lead UX/IU

We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to lead the strategy and execution of user experience and interface design across our digital products. This role will be responsible for ensuring user-centered, consistent, and high-quality experiences aligned with business goals, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

This position combines design leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, contributing both to defining UX/UI standards and designing solutions for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI strategy across the company’s digital products.

• Design user-centered experiences based on research, data, and best practices.

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

• Oversee design quality across all stages: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and developer handoff.

• Mentor and guide UX/UI designers when applicable.

• Promote user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across platforms (web and/or mobile).
