Senior Marketing Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Marketing Manager to join our team at Sony Music Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the marketing activities for our artists, helping them achieve their full potential in the music industry. You will play a key role in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with artists and partners, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote artists, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, media partners, brand partners, and other industry professionals to foster collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including A&R, digital, promotions, and creative services, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and negotiations related to artist and partner development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and digital platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on artist or brand development and partnership management.
- Strong understanding of the Thailand consumer landscape, including trends, platforms, and consumer behavior, particularly in the Gen Z demographic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with artists, partners, and industry professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to multitask.
