Senior Cybersecurity Architect
Job Overview
As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will play a strategic role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure architectures for our clients’ IT environments, ensuring robust protection of systems, networks, and data against evolving cyber threats.
You will be instrumental in developing security frameworks, defining best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations — particularly in the context of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Analytics service delivery.
Working closely with IT teams, product architects, and business stakeholders, you will assess risks, implement security controls, and advise on secure architectures that align with organizational objectives. Your expertise in cloud security, threat modelling, risk management, and data protection will help shape a resilient cybersecurity posture across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Designing Security Blueprints
Model, document, and maintain reusable security architecture patterns and blueprints for use by service teams.
Advise customers on incorporating these blueprints into their Cybersecurity Roadmaps.
Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and governance of secure architectures across Azure and AWS, leveraging native security services, compliance frameworks, and best practices.
Demonstrate experience with large-scale IT environments (thousands of systems and applications).
2. Security Architecture Reviews
Collaborate with customers’ product architects to review and assess the security posture of their implementations.
Ensure solution designs align with documented security blueprints.
Embed security into the DevSecOps process and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
3. AI, BI, and Data Analytics Security
Design and implement cybersecurity architectures for cloud-based data and AI platforms.
Apply deep knowledge of data security concepts such as encryption, tokenization, data masking, secure APIs, and access control.
Demonstrate familiarity with data analytics stacks and experience securing AI/ML environments and MLOps workflows.
4. Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Ensure the secure integration of IAM solutions with cloud and enterprise applications, supporting least privilege and zero-trust principles.
5. Technical Skills
Develop automation scripts and tools in Python to support security operations, auditing, and compliance activities.
6. Collaboration, Leadership & Security Culture
Partner with IT, DevOps, and business teams to foster a culture where security is a shared responsibility.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to security engineers and architecture teams.
Serve as a trusted security advisor for internal squads and customer stakeholders, operating with autonomy, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
