The role
As a Campaign Manager within Operations, you will be focused on ensuring the success of the campaign delivery and strategy, primarily based on data insights and healthy deliverability. Apart from the vast technical knowledge in setting multichannel campaigns, you will shape the campaign strategy, design and ongoing delivery.
You will be working closely with the CS team to provide guidance and support regarding the technical set up and end to end campaign management across all channels, making sure that the campaign has been optimised to achieve its goals and objectives and maximum value from each channel to each client has been delivered. Positioned as an expert for identifying the target audience for our clients and running coordinated multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn Outreach, Gifting, Web Intent, Webchat, CRM integrations) and by being the data expert of the campaign, you will extract valuable insights from all aspects of the service delivery, providing data driven suggestions and optimisation which will be vital for the campaign success.
Key responsibilities:
Identification of total addressable audience for our clients using advanced targeting, research and data enrichment techniques
Setup and optimization of clients campaign strategies, including technical set up and day to day delivery across all existing and new channels (e.g. email, LinkedIn, gifting, intent tracker, CRM integration, Webchat, Social ads)
Responsible for healthy campaign delivery from a technical and data analysis view point (running checks and detailed campaign analysis based on segments and industries)
Data management of all campaign data. Providing subject matter expertise in improving the campaign performance based on data insights. Ensuring highest quality of campaign performance and optimization across all channels.
Acting as the source of truth for how the service is delivered
Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising
Implement strategies for optimal email deliverability, including domain setup, domain warm-up and email addresses infrastructure.
Support the CS team with any technical escalations regarding the service delivery, troubleshooting and identification of problem resolutions
Ensure specific outreach campaign material is configured to flawless written English
Work closely with the CS counterpart to understand client needs and goals and act as advisor to CS on all aspects of campaign delivery and optimization based on data insights
Attend client calls where necessary to support CS who are the main point of contact to consult, advise, influence and persuade clients to follow best-practice, take action and make changes where necessary.
Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously giving suggestions to improve performance or reduce cost
