This role is an essential component of our product teams. Each AI Solutions Specialist collaborates directly with engineers, data scientists, product managers, account executives, and other team members, ensuring customers can effortlessly bridge the gap between the features we build and the holistic experience growers need. The AI Solutions Specialist has a deep understanding of their customer portfolio, growers' specific goals, and their unique challenges, closing the gap between generic product offerings and a complete, tailored experience that ultimately leads to successful adoption, satisfaction, and business growth.

Driving customer adoption and value creation:

  • Act as the customer expert, understanding each grower's objectives, operational challenges, and success criteria, ensuring tailored, impactful experiences.

  • Own the onboarding journey, making sure growers attain immediate and ongoing value from our products.

  • Evangelize the “greenhouse OS” vision so users adopt Source.ag as their daily operating system.

  • Continuously track user adoption metrics (e.g., yield forecast updates, KPI usage) to proactively support growers in achieving their desired outcomes.

  • Identify and measure the tangible value customers derive from our products, aligning adoption behaviors with their business goals

  • Ensure customers effectively adopt product features through personalized education, clear communication, and hands-on support.

  • Proactively engage and intervene when user adoption falls below expectations through targeted and timely interactions.

  • Provide responsive, high-quality support that quickly resolves product inquiries or critical issues, ensuring customers receive prompt, prioritized attention.

  • Identify opportunities for commercial expansion, nurturing champions, and supporting account executives with detailed, grower-focused product insights.

  • Foster and grow customer champions who advocate for Source within their networks.

Increasing product quality through customer insights:

  • Capture customer feedback and pain points to identify and prioritize opportunities that close the gap between today’s solutions and the experience growers need.

  • Work closely with Product to translate insights into actionable improvements, focusing on better UX, enhanced product explainability, and deeper integration with growers’ workflows.

  • Co-develop solutions with growers; build, prototype, and hack together solutions together with growers to help them gain the most from our solutions.

Improving team effectiveness and scalability:

  • Create dashboards and set up tools to monitor adoption metrics, customer success indicators, and customer value creation.

  • Continuously improve and automate internal processes to enable scalable growth.

  • Automate repeat journeys (onboarding nudges, feature tips, health pings) with AI tooling and assistants.
