For our client, a leading asset manager based in Geneva, we are seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join their data team. The focus is on supporting data processing and transformation initiatives using Python, SQL, and other data scripting tools. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. English is required; French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL

• Perform data transformation and processing to support business needs

• Use scripting languages (Speck or similar) to manipulate and handle data

• Work on backend processes to organize and process data efficiently

• Contribute to the development of APIs and automated data workflows

• Collaborate with a small, international data team

• Gain exposure to cloud-based environments and modern data engineering practices

• Provide support in data-related projects and assist senior team members
