Job Overview
- Answer calls from multiple telephone lines, screening and directing calls to appropriate party and message taking for those who do not want to leave a voicemail
- Ensure professional and courteous approach with clients, visitors and employees
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
- Greet visitors in professional manner and notify appropriate person of their arrival
- Update monthly calendar with onsite and offsite courses, meetings, and seminars
- Verify phone numbers and addresses of clients for field staff
- Verify voicemail numbers for field staff and HCSS (Home and Community Care Support Services)
- Liaise with building management for maintenance requests
- May sort, date stamp, pickup and deliver mail to employees
