Junior PM to execute infrastructure projects (70% network/server/storage/DC) using Planview PPM Pro and drive ServiceNow change management. Own project timelines, auto-create changes at deployment gate, support 2–3 weekly CABs, and deliver weekly dashboards. Mentored role to grow into PPM/Change expert.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Run infra projects in PPM Pro: milestones, gates, resources, custom fields (outage windows, rollback owner)
• Auto-create & manage ServiceNow changes (Normal/Standard/Emergency) for deployments
• Schedule CAB, prepare agendas, record decisions, enforce blackout/conflict checks
• Perform risk checks, upload evidence (Ansible/NetBox), trigger PIR, update lessons in PPM
• Build & send weekly reports: upcoming changes, resource heatmap, success rate
• Maintain data sync: PPM ↔ ServiceNow ↔ CMDB

Required Skills

• 3–5 yrs hands-on PPM Pro and ServiceNow Change
• 5–8 yrs total IT/infra exposure (ops, NOC, coordination)
• Familiar with servers, networks, storage, VMs, data centers
• ITIL basics; Excel/CSV; clear communication
