Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections and identify issues or faults in machinery and systems.
• Diagnose problems, develop solutions, and execute repairs within budget constraints.
• Utilize technical manuals to guide maintenance operations effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA 10, E-rail Certified, LOTO trained) and ensure compliance at all times.
• Generate daily reports detailing maintenance activities and communicate updates to the main office and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to recommend and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and independently when necessary.
