The Full-Time Employee (FTE) will work collaboratively alongside peers, supporting the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and the full Command & Control (C&C) organization. This role blends project management, graphic design, product development, and strategic communications to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen C&C’s organizational voice.

This role blends project management, graphic design, product development, and strategic communications to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen C&C’s organizational voice.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

  • Project Management & Coordination Partner closely with the PM/DPM to lead and coordinate initiatives across the C&C portfolio.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Product Development & Visualization Develop high-quality data visualizations, strategic communication products, briefing materials, and roadmap visualizations.
  • Establish and maintain consistent branding, marketing styles, and standardized templates across PM C&C.
  • Create professional, polished products that clearly convey vision, capability, and progress.
  • Strategic Communications Produce recurring communications that highlight the organization’s successes, reinforce strategic intent, and reduce organizational “noise.”

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Project or program management experience within technical, defense, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong skills in data visualization, graphic/visual design, and strategic communications.
  • Experience creating roadmaps, schedules, or strategic briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary technical and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives, prioritizing deliverables, and managing multiple work-streams.

Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (training or access can be provided).
