What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical and managerial point of contact with the Government, including the CO and COR.
- Lead task order execution, including planning, scheduling, staffing, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Direct delivery of portfolio management, governance, requirements definition, COTS configuration/customization, reporting, training, and O&M services.
- Ensure compliance with HHS EPLC, CPIC, FITARA, and applicable NIH/NCI policies and standards.
- Oversee integrated reporting, audit support, data calls, and executive dashboards.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance, risk management, and issue mitigation practices.
- Plan and execute transition-in and transition-out activities to preserve continuity and institutional knowledge.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
- PMP certification or 8+ years project management experience.
- Experience managing federal IT programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting NIH, HHS, NCI, or similar healthcare or research organizations.
- Hands-on leadership experience with COTS platforms (e.g., PPM, workflow, reporting, or governance tools).
- Experience delivering audit-ready documentation and executive-level reporting
