What You’ll Do
As the Concierge (Receptionist), you are the first impression and the lasting memory. You’ll represent SPS and our client by delivering a welcoming, polished, and thoughtful experience to every colleague and guest.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating a gracious and professional arrival experience
- Delivering best-in-class service that leaves a lasting impression
- Managing visitor registration and meeting room coordination
- Anticipating and responding to colleague and guest needs with care
- Maintaining employee directories and making warm introductions
- Keeping the reception area safe, clean, and inviting
- Learning and remembering guest preferences to personalize future visits
- Partnering with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure seamless support
- Supporting light administrative and material handling tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work assigned hours as determined by leadership
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures

Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to:
- Walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel for extended periods throughout the workday
- Operate standard office equipment (phones, copiers, binding equipment, etc.)
- Use fine and gross motor skills to grasp, lift, carry, or move packages
- Frequently lift or move items up to 40 pounds
- Move materials on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 60 pounds
Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
