Responsibilities:
- Visual Mechanical Inspection
- Blueprint reading
- Hand precision tools experience
- Review completed e-Cert packages for hardware components, subassemblies, and final assemblies
- Validate that inspection records, test results, manufacturing certifications, and nonconformance documentation are present, accurate, and compliant with specifications
- Check for missing, incomplete, or incorrect entries, signatures, timestamps, and approval workflows
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or escapes that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance.
- Categorize findings by severity and impact
- Communicate findings promptly to Quality and Engineering teams
- Ensure e-Cert packages align with documented procedures, build plans, and quality
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be ITAR compliant
- Must pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, e-Certification, and inspection documentation
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple reviews
