SSC HR Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Recruiter to help strengthen our recruitment efforts. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work independently to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for various positions. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or agency capacity.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies across different industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong networking skills to establish relationships with potential candidates.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different hiring needs and organizational culture.
