Job Overview

System and Server Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and user account provisioning.
  • Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery solutions are in place.

Microsoft 365 Administration:

  • Manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user account creation, licensing, and group management.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations.
  • Implement and enforce security and compliance policies in Microsoft 365, such as retention policies, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, including permissions management and integration.
  • Monitor service health, manage alerts, and coordinate with Microsoft support as needed.

Network Administration:

  • Monitor and maintain network performance.
  • Ensure network security through regular audits and monitoring.
  • Work with ISPs and external vendors for connectivity issues or upgrades.

Helpdesk Support:

  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support to employees and resolve escalated issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues across the organization.
  • Support and guide employees on IT best practices.

Security and Compliance

  • Implement and enforce IT policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Application Management:

  • Support and maintain recruitment-specific software tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM tools).
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for software updates and troubleshooting.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

IT Infrastructure Projected

  • Lead or contribute to IT projects, such as cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience

2–4 years in relevant role.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
