Requirements
đŻ What Youâll Do (Your Superpowers)
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple projects and environments.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure smooth releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using issue tracking and test management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, internal stakeholders, and clients to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Verify production issues, perform root cause validation, and support post-release testing.
- Maintain testing documentation and continuously improve QA processes and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and proactively about test results, risks, and coverage.
â What Weâre Looking For (Our Wishlist)
- 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester in a software development environment.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management practices.
- Proficiency with various bug-tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience testing across web and desktop environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) by ISTQB or equivalent certification (CSTE or CSQA) would be an asset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) or CI/CD pipelines would be an asset.
