To execute the Card and Payments strategy in country in alignment with business lines (i.e. Personal and Private Banking - PPB), and country objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Card and Payments strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee product portfolio management, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid solutions, and digital payment offerings.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing strategies, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Manage third-party partnerships and sales channels to expand market reach and distribution capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all Card and Payments operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Operations, Technology, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the payments industry.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
