To lead the growth, transformation, and digital strategy agenda for Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) within the country, driving sustainable business growth, market leadership, and enhanced client value. The role is responsible for shaping, executing, scaling, commercialising, and embedding the BCB strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and defined performance metrics. It will champion digital innovation and transformation initiatives, deploy locally relevant client value propositions across strategic sectors, and accelerate customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and profitability. Working closely with Group and country stakeholders, the incumbent will localise strategic priorities, optimise investment and resource allocation, and deliver differentiated solutions that strengthen client relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and position the business for long-term success.
