Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to assist with general facilities and grounds upkeep at our property.

This is a part-time position working one consistent day per week, ideal for someone looking for steady, flexible hours in a low-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and shop areas

• Perform light maintenance and general upkeep tasks

• Assist with basic painting projects

• Support grounds maintenance (weed control, spraying, general appearance)

• Move materials and assist with light physical tasks

• Complete miscellaneous projects as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Comfortable performing light physical labor

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required

• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized property

Schedule

• 1 day per week (consistent schedule preferred)

• Flexible hours within the workday

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoors and in shop/garage areas

• Independent, self-directed work with minimal supervision
