Your tasks

• Auswahl, Bewertung und Betreuung geeigneter Lieferanten unter qualitativen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Gesichtspunkten sowie Pflege der Lieferantenstammdaten im ERP-System

• Eigenverantwortliches Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen v.a. im Bereich Software- und Lizenzverträge

• Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen zur Koordination von Software- und Lizenzbeschaffungen, Abstimmung von Bereitstellungs- und Aktivierungsterminen

• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und Abläufen im Einklang mit den strategischen Unternehmenszielen

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Software & Lizenzen

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, ergänzt durch SAP Kenntnisse

• Selbständiges und problemlösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

• Stark ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie souveränes Auftreten mit ausgeprägter Verhandlungs- und Überzeugungskompetenz

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
