Are you ready to join us?

Tasks:

• Support and/or management of transformation and optimization projects in the finance department

• Analysis, development, and standardization of financial processes (e.g., Record-to-Report Finance, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay)

• Implementation and further development of ERP and finance systems, as well as the digitalization of reporting and controlling processes

• Design and implementation of automation solutions (e.g., RPA)

• Close collaboration with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT, and external partners

• Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of sustainable improvement measures

• Change management support for the successful implementation of new processes and structures

Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a project-oriented finance function

• Sound knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization

• Experience in leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams

• Very good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and reporting solutions
