Your Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial impact through a focused mix of prospecting, consultative selling, and client care:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends, targeting high‑potential prospects, and consistently generating a qualified pipeline through outbound activity.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships, ensuring you understand each customer’s hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct high‑quality sales conversations, positioning our products with confidence, tailoring solutions, and demonstrating clear value throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales process — from prospecting, discovery, and product explanation through to negotiation and closing — while also supporting the ongoing success of existing accounts.
- Update and track all activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and effective collaboration across the commercial team.
