Architectural Visualiser Specialist (D5 + AI tools)

Our client is looking for an innovative and skilled Architectural Visualiser Specialist with expertise in D5 and AI tools to join our creative team. This full-time role, based in Dubai, requires a professional who can bring architectural designs to life through high-quality visualisations that communicate concepts effectively to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals for various projects, enhancing the design process, and providing insightful presentations that align with our studio's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise D5 and other advanced AI tools to create photorealistic renderings and animations of architectural designs.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Transform architectural plans and sketches into compelling visuals that convey design intent.
• Perform realistic lighting and material studies to enhance the quality of renderings.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in architectural visualisation and AI technology.
• Prepare and present visual materials for client meetings, design reviews, and marketing purposes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Advanced skills in D5 and experience with AI-based visualisation tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for architectural design.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of architectural principles, design processes, and material applications.
