Drill Crew Laborer

We are a rapidly growing stormwater management company seeking a motivated Drill Crew Laborer to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in the job site, and wants to grow their skills and career as our company continues to expand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the drill crew with stormwater and underground construction projects
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery under the guidance of the Drill Operator
• Perform digging, backfilling, and site prep as needed
• Help install stormwater structures, piping, and related components
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while on site

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification
• Previous construction or labor experience helpful, but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor tasks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with small tractors such as skid steers, small loaders, etc. on job sites is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
