HR Business Partner
Full-time AssociateJob Overview
As a HR Business Partner at stow International, you will be handling a broad number of tasks. You will be supporting both hard HR (payroll, contracting, admin, analytics, ...) and soft HR (recruitment, HR Review, employer branding, ...)
Hard HR
- Responsible for (supporting the) monthly payroll;
- Harmonize employees’ compensation and benefits packages;
- Perform onboarding of new colleagues in alignment with our company culture;
- Draw up the correct employment contracts;
- Manage the administration of salaries and benefits in consultation with our social secretariat SD Worx;
- Handle time registration topics within our ProTime platform;
- Be the support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation...);
- Work in close collaboration with the different partners: social secretariat, legal advisors, lawyers... in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law).
Soft HR
- A-Z recruitment activities for local departments;
- Manage campus recruitment and participate to job fairs;
- Supporting Learning & Development initiatives and registration;
- Performance and HR Reviews.
