Director of Technology

About the Role:

As Director of Technology you will develop, plan, and implement an information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security. You’ll partner with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business and financial objectives, lead modernization efforts, and ensure the IT infrastructure reliably supports all computing, data, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the IT team, overseeing projects and assignments to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, and anticipate their impact on organizational strategy.
• Develop, manage, and ensure adherence to the IT budget.
• Communicate company goals, projects, and timelines across the organization.
• Define long-term IT requirements and craft strategies for system development and procurement.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for end users to identify IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with applicable government regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
