About the Role

• This is a description of the type of person we are actively looking to bring into Sully.ai right now. If there is mutual fit, the first conversation is role-agnostic. We shape scope and ownership based on our highest-priority needs and your strengths, experience, and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable systems, playbooks, and processes that turn early traction into repeatable, metrics-driven execution.

• Partner deeply with product and engineering to translate real customer pain into workflows, requirements, and product improvements.

• Act as a technical thought partner, pressure-testing edge cases, shaping agent behavior, and holding AI output to clinical and operational quality bars.

• Stay close to customers, especially clinicians, using feedback, data, and rapid iteration to continuously refine workflows.

Hard Requirements

• Founder or early founding-team experience scaling a SaaS or AI product from zero to meaningful revenue.

• Strong technical fluency and judgment. You can reason about systems, constraints, and failure modes alongside engineers.

• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across engineering, product, and go-to-market.

• A track record of outlier execution in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
