Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant - Part-Time

We’re looking for a hardworking, caring Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant to join our warm and welcoming Boulcott village team. This role is all about making sure our residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

As a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant, you'll be a key part of creating a clean, uplifting, and homelike environment for residents, their whānau, and fellow team members.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities
• Laundering, folding and returning residents’ clothing and linens with care and attention
• Labelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry items
• Supporting infection control measures and health and safety procedures
• Building friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needs

This is a permanent, part-time role, working 6pm - 1.30am, on a 4 on 4 off then 3 on 3 off rotating roster.  Minimum of 42 hours and up to 80 hours per fortnight.
