About the role:
As our IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in our IT team of three people, contributing directly to Sunrock’s mission to accelerate the clean energy transition across Europe. Your expertise will help ensure operational excellence and seamless IT support.
Your responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line IT support, such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including laptops, and network devices.
Manage access rights and user accounts, ensuring secure and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain our applications in Intune, or SaaS applications.
Handle incoming requests via our ticketing system, while also assisting colleagues in person at our Amsterdam office.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices in Düsseldorf and Paris, where ticketing is the primary support channel.
