About the role: 

At Sunrock, we turn ambitious energy ideas into real projects that make a difference for our clients and the planet.

We’re looking for a Project Developer who enjoys bringing people together, leading multidisciplinary stakeholders, and negotiating the agreements that make projects possible.

You’ll work closely with clients, technical teams and landowners, shaping projects from early development to financial close.

If you like structuring complex deals, solving problems with a calm head, and seeing your negotiations turn into real installations, this role will suit you perfectly.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team in executing large solar projects that delight our partners, contributing to our business goals, and are of excellent quality. 

  • Taking final responsibility for the progress of large rooftop solar projects  

  • Acting as key stakeholder manager and first point of contact for logistical real estate owners and/or landowners. 

  • Developing projects from commercial proposals to financial close.  

  • Negotiating lease- and energy purchase agreements. 

  • Constantly overseeing projects and actively steering the project team to bring results.  

  • Owning the project- and financial control over projects within your scope. 

  • Staying on top of market developments and actively sharing best practices with your team and the rest of our project organisation.
