Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild various pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm) and related equipment (motors, compressors, valves).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment.
- Operate specialized repair and testing equipment.
- Install and maintain pump systems. 

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical: Strong mechanical aptitude, pump/motor assembly, use of pressure gauges, flow meters, hydraulics.
- Experience: Varies by level (e.g., assisting others for entry-level, fabrication for senior).
- Tools: Ability to own and maintain personal tools.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, client service.
- Certifications (Optional): OSHA safety training, relevant technical diplomas.
