Baseline Requirements:

- A clean background check to ensure the safety and trustworthiness for our customers.

- A valid driver's license for customer visits and site assessments.

- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in related fields are a plus.

- A professional appearance, reflecting the quality and integrity of the Sutton's brand.

- Outstanding presentation skills, capable of engaging and persuading a diverse customer base.

- A minimum of three years of experience in home improvement sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.


Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing in-depth knowledge on roofing, siding, windows, doors and more. Help customers make informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and installation processes to offer the best solutions to customers.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to project completion.

- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and to foster long-term relationships.

- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

* This is a commissioned role. Annual commissions range from $100,000 to $350,000 currently.
