About the role

The NetSuite Data Manager will take ownership of the quality, structure, and long-term integrity of data within our NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role is responsible for cleaning and normalizing existing data, establishing scalable data governance standards, and ensuring NetSuite data is reliable, consistent, and analytically ready. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to align system data with business processes and reporting needs, including downstream analytics through NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and Power BI.

What you'll do

  • Audit, clean, normalize, and standardize NetSuite data, including customers, vendors, items, transactions, subsidiaries, and custom records.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and documentation.
  • Own ongoing data stewardship to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the ERP.
  • Design and maintain scalable processes for future data creation, updates, and structural changes.
  • Proactively identify data risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite data designs that support accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and integrations from a data governance perspective.
  • Ensure data changes are tested, documented, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders responsible for Power BI dashboards and reports using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
  • Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies impacting reporting and analytics.
  • Support continuous improvement of data models and reporting reliability.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including custom fields, records, workflows, and saved searches.
  • Proven experience managing data quality, governance, or master data within an ERP environment.
  • Solid understanding of ERP data relationships and business processes (Finance, Operations, Sales).
  • 2-3 years’ experience supporting analytics and reporting platforms (Power BI, data warehouses, or similar).
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and process-design skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • NetSuite certifications a bonus

 

Physical Demands:

Sitting: 8-hour work shift
