About the role

An automotive painter prepares vehicles and parts for painting, and Executes the complete paint application process.

What you'll do

• Removes grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicles using proper techniques and equipment 
• Ensure all equipment is maintained, repaired, and cleaned as required
• Complete minor repairs, including sanding and grinding
• Ensure proper inventory levels of all personal protective equipment, tools, and chemicals required to carry out paint process
• Complete paint application

• Complete paint preparation, including color matching and mixing

• Basic Knowledge of Paint Correction
• Basic Knowledge of Ceramic Coating
• Prepares the workspace for painting  
•  Cleans up tools and equipment at the end of the day 
• Willingness to learns proper techniques
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Good communication and mechanical skills are important for this role
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with team
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Interior and exterior detailing, interior repair, inventory, and paint preparation functions

Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing/ Bending/Stooping/Kneeling: 8-hour work shift
