As a member of our Global Sales HQ Department, you will perform a wide range of tasks aimed at growing the business by providing best-in-class service to the Bank’s existing clients, as well as supporting sales missions to acquire new ones.

Role Description:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and business partners,
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
- Actively acquire new clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings,
- Support the LATAM Desk with onboarding new clients,
- Manage initial contact and continuous follow-up with prospects in coordination with the LATAM/Spanish team,
- Be available to travel to meet business partners and VIP clients when necessary,
- Provide comprehensive support to all Business Development team members and the Head of Desk to ensure high service levels and achievement of team targets,
- Review account forms to ensure data accuracy and completeness for account openings,
- Conduct customer due diligence and perform client identification via video conference,
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, Payments) to ensure smooth account opening and funding processes,
- Report directly to the Head of the Team.
