SWK Technologies is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of MCS (Managed Cloud Services) Sales to join our growing team. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cloud offerings. Your primary goal will be to lead a high-performing sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
As the Director of MCS Sales, you will leverage your extensive experience in technology sales to identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and position SWK Technologies as a leader in the cloud services market. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and foster business growth.
- Leading and developing a sales team to drive sales growth and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to understand their needs and secure loyalty.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through business associations to expand the company's customer base.
- Overseeing the management of key client relationships and participating in closing strategic MSP deals.
- Establishing sales territories and setting quotas and goals for the sales team.
- Providing insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform roadmaps and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs and satisfaction. .
- Delivering accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the MSP and cloud services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, managed services, and how they are applied in business environments.
